Melancholy Serenade

Just came back from MoS for the new year countdown n amazingly, i aint feelin sleepy yet. 2005 has passed, kept, locked and archived, so here we welcome 2006 (counting down to ord!) hence, I would like to wish everyone:

Somehow, countin down for christmas is always somethin special for most people. Staying up all night, spraying foam in people's eyes, swaying to the various tunes of xmas, giving fellow bangalas a slap on the back of their head without em lookin, scream shout yelling for the moment to arrive.
As for me, I spent my night at da ministry of sound, which has to be the most happening clubs around on xmas eve. So there we have it, a queue which bore strong resemblence to that of the hello kitty fever, a queue which stretched probably a kilometre away from the club itself (ok i made that up). Sensing the urgency that we WILL not be able to enter the club until 1 - 2am judging from the queue, we sprinted all the way to the frontline, on hearing of a fren who is already reaching the entrance, to ahem, cut queue. The idea of cutting queue is to be quick and able to blend yourself inside the lines and away from the eyes of bouncers prancing up and down. Probably a minor detail which a dear friend didn't pay attention to, ended up being pulled out from the queue. Being spotted holding a drink outside the line, and a moment later, inside the line with the drink isn't really a very intelligent move.
Hence, a couple of minutes were spent, pleading with the bouncers and tada! he's back into the queue again, talk about a moment of relief. So we manage to get in by 11am, spending a total of 15mins in the queue.. (haha suckas ;P) and proceed with, the countdown.

(I tink for a moment in the dance floor, I was beside felicia chin all the while, probably a strong resemblence, but even so, I was beside a 99% felicia lookalike :D!)

Bad bad weekend. No wish to elaborate. Tis gonna be a black xmas, zzz.
